We purchased a Honda from them just after PCSing here. It has been extremely reliable and the few minor issues we had with the car were covered under the warranty. Both times I needed something looked at they had me fixed up within minutes and back on the road. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you need a good car and don't want to travel far to find one.

I purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago from this garage and Andy was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend using them for any of their vehicles as they gave mine a full service and new MOT in their own garage behind the store and gave it an extremely good clean.

Have to say absolutely amazing service from Andy.
I had to sell my farther in laws cars problem was I live 140 miles away and my farther in law can no longer drive.
Andy had no concerns inspecting the car at my I laws home and kept me fully updated every step of the way.
These days great customer service and good communication along with a very competitive price given for the vehicle is well hard to find.
But Andy delivered on every point.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants professional and all round great experience

I came to the UK expecting the hardest part of my PCS to be finding a reliable car. And for a while, that was true—I bought from a dealer far from base and ended up with a lemon. It got so bad I had to involve the ombudsman just to return it, and I still lost money. I felt burned and wary.
Then a coworker told me about Mildenhall Car Sales in Beck Row. “They wouldn’t still be in business if they were screwing over military,” he said. And he was right.
From the moment I walked in, I felt the difference. Terry and the team were kind, honest, and genuinely invested in making sure I was taken care of. No pressure, no games. They even replaced the brakes and tires—without me asking—because they wanted the car to be safe. That kind of integrity is rare.
The process was effortless. I had zero issues with the car, and when it was time to sell before leaving, they made it just as easy. I expected a lowball and a fight. Instead, Terry offered a fair price, let me keep the car until I PCS’d, and even offered me a ride to base.

I bought 2 vehicles here when I arrived in the UK. I was in and out in less than an hour, they did all my MOTs with no issue, and when the alternator failed in one of the vehicles, they replaced it under warranty in just a few hours. Now I’m leaving and they’ve bought the vehicles back as promised. It took less than 30 minutes to show Terry the cars, get paid, and finish the paperwork. He offered me a fair price with no haggling, gave me a handshake, and wished me safe travels. These guys have been honest, easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality car with no hassle or stress.

We purchased a car from here and here’s our experience.
After being let down by our previous vehicle from a private seller, we desperately needed a reliable vehicle. Being American, we were apprehensive buying from a dealership close to base. But we had nothing but positive experience.
The car that we bought is far from new and we expected that there might be some things that need tuning up. We brought it back for a couple minor issues, and the guys fixed it no problem. They even went a step more by rechecking some components to “assure that our young family has a reliable vehicle”. Yes, that was said over the phone, and that was the nicest thing any auto person has ever said to us.

Bought 2 cars at Mildenhall Auto when we arrived, now 3 years later they kept their word to buy it back with no hassle or low ball buy back price! This business should be atop the first stops if you are looking for a vehicle. The customer service is spot on, when I pulled back in to sell the car back they remembered who I was from 3 years ago! Neither car had any issues & the garage located onsite (AutoSpeed) always provided great service & would fit you into their schedule! Thanks for taking care of us!
